Can you arrange private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda may be hired privately, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special joy for us; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.
Do you provide airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests pressed for time, our helipad operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be billed to your suite.
How long to the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road in ordinary traffic, or fifty-five minutes if your driver follows the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we suggest this on arrival days when there is no rush). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the trip is twelve minutes door-to-door.
